Delivery Costs

Free collect in person
Free special delivery for orders over £100.00
Delivery charges within the UK £3.50
Delivery charges for outside the UK £6.00 

Your jewellery will be gift wrapped and posted safely to ensure no damage can occur in transit. Items of value of up to £50 will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and items with value of £51 or more will be posted via Royal Mail special delivery service which is insured. Both postage options will requires a signature on receipt.

Delivery Times

Maya aims to deliver within 5 working days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If you require your order sooner than 5 days please contact Maya by email or phone and she will try her best to meet your request. 

Special Commissions

Special commissions will usually take up to 4 weeks. Maya will discuss with you the delivery date for your bespoke order. 

Free Gift Packaging

Your jewellery will be beautifully gift-wrapped in elegant packaging. The jewellery boxes are responsibly sourced and are made from recycled and sustainable materials.
